Belzona 3921 (GSC Surface Conditioner) is a solvent-based, two-part conditioner with high zinc-epoxy content. It is primarily used to prepare non-porous surfaces before the application of Belzona systems such as Belzona 3111, 3211, and 3131. It also works as a holding primer for metallic substrates prior to Belzona 5111 or 5811 and can serve as a stand-alone protective coating for small steel applications like rebars in concrete or tank base sealing.
